Processing purposes

BV BW IMPORT collects and processes clients' personal data for client and order management purposes (including client administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).
Belgian law applies to all disputes and can only be settled before the courts in Antwerp, Mechelen division.

Belgian law shall apply to all agreements and disputes between BV BW IMPORT and its PROVIDER(S) and/or its BUYER(S). Any dispute arising as a result of the validity, interpretation or execution of

of the agreement and the invoice, can only be settled before the Courts of Antwerp,Mechelen section and the claim. Justice of the Peace of the canton of Mechelen, depending on the extent of the claim.

Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6.1 (a) consent,(b) (necessary for the performance of a contract), (c) (necessary to comply with a legal obligation), (f) (necessary for the fulfilment of our legitimate interest to undertake) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
